The Lawn Mowing basic package offers standard lawn grass cutting with around the home trimmer and blower clearing.

 

Details,

Trimmer:

This service is for the average number of obstacles around the home. This is anything around the homes foundation and within a reasonable footage from the home itself.

 

Blower:

Once the mowing and trimming is complete a pass with a blower will be done around the home to remove any debris from walk paths/patios/porches/ect.. as needed (this is done to remove clippings that may have landed while mowing or trimming).

 

Lot Size:

Prices are based on average lots and the demands of an average property and obstacles. Not every property is the same, for this reason we offer a no charge consultation within our local areas. Also properties can change over time due to many reasons, this may affect pricing.

 

Pricing:

Most residential customers will see the price at the set $35 per service as this is the standard charge. Others may see it increase and some may see a decrease. Again not every property is the same, what your neighbor pays may not be what your charged, especially if you have different lot sizes or layouts/demands.

 

Schedule:

Services are done on a rotation or as needed. The first service is always the off one if your starting up mid season especially. Why? You are added to the rotation with others in the area, the first one is either going to seem too soon or too far away. Once the first service is done, the others will be as scheduled unless weather or other conditions impact the ability to service your property. For this there is always going to be a series of dates where the service can be done, normally within three days before and after the date expected.

The as needed service is requested, example is if the service was done a week ago and there has just been too much growth or you just want another service to keep your lawn looking fresh. This service is a static set date predetermined by a conversation, this will only be broken by unforeseen events such as weather but not limited to. This service does not take you off your normal rotation, you will still have the normal service when your set to. Do not want the next normal service? you can request to skip the next service. This will how ever place your next service out to the next following normal unless other arrangements are made.

The as needed service does have a charge, please be advised you will pay the normal rate (rate for your property) + $10 for demand scheduling. You may have as many requests as you like, no limit. Please note the normal schedule recommended is every two weeks (twice monthly) this in most cases keeps lawn within legal length and does not allow too tall of growth for most properties.

 

Special Requests:

Yes special requests can be performed within reason and sometimes at no additional charge to you. Example, you have a play area away from the home you need trimmed and or blower work. As long as the requested is not going to increase the workload too much this will be accommodated. How ever any special requests may carry an additional charge to the service.

 

Discounts:

Discounts are offered for prepayments and referrals. There is also a discount for allowing an advertisement yard sign. Discounts are are currently done manually and under work to improve ease of access, please be patient. Discounts are accessed currently on an individual need.
